Returns Policy
We aim to deliver only the best products to our customers and we ensure that when your order leaves our premises it is the correct product in the best condition.
Please contact our Admin team to discuss and arrange a Return.
In the event that the product you received is either faulty; unwanted or was damaged in transit please refer to the below:
Unwanted Products
You may return an unwanted product for a refund if the product is returned within 7 working days after being received. You will receive a full refund if the product is unopened and undamaged.
If it has been returned in the original packaging with all components but has been opened you will be refunded 90% of the purchase price.
If any components or the original packaging isn't returned, you will be refunded 70% of the purchase price.
Products Damaged on Delivery or Faulty
If the package received appears to be damaged, to guarantee a refund, please video or photograph the package being opened. Please courier the product back to us immediately for assessment. If the video shows the goods were damaged in transit or we assess the goods were damaged in transit we will courier you a replacement for free.
Note
The product/s needs to be returned to our physical warehouse address.
Any associated return courier fee is for your account
Any refunds issued to your account will be to the original payment method used.
