existing product or start a new design altogether!

The Bespoke Custom Design program begins by gathering the specifications for your project. A quote will be provided with the size, fiber content, and color of your custom rug by your sales rep. After the quote is approved, CAD artwork is created and the custom agreement is signed. We require a 60% deposit based on the quote to be paid at this time. Once the deposit is made, we will have our factory create what we call a “strike off”. A strike off is a 18″ sample of your custom rug. If you like what you see from the strike off, your full-size rug is then produced.
Estimated Time of Arrival will be issued for each project, this is based on size and construction. The production range is 2 months to 10 months, depending on what construction you choose, and will be provided to you during the quote process.

Our Custom Division requires no buy in, you can however purchase sales tools.
We offer ARS POM sets, custom ladder displays with 2×3 samples, and custom ring sets for construction examples.
We are always available to travel to your location should you have questions and/or require a training for your staff.

Browse our running line catalog and choose a handmade or tufted design that you would like re-sized, then e-mail our internal custom department at
charles@finerugs.co.za. At this time, the rug will need to produced overseas if the size requested is larger than our listed sizes.
Estimated time of completion is issued for each project, based on complexity and construction. Customization ranges from 2-4 months, this will be provided to you
during the quote process.
